Work package 1 
Title: Analysis of Requirements
Duration: 6 months Start: 1 End: 6
Description: The objectives of the WP1 are:
- To analyse each country's requirements and identification of the needs of the local ceramists
- To compare the findings in the participating countries and conclude to common goals without neglecting regional needs.
- To involve ceramists to participate in the testing phase.


The tasks of WP1 are:
T1.1 Needs analysis in each region
T1.2 Selection of the ceramists that will participate to the validation of the project outputs


Work package 2 
Title: Customization of the learning History Model
Duration: 8 months Start: 3 End: 10
Description: The objectives of the WP2 are:
- Customization and assessment of the learning history model for the Ceramic SMEs

- Development of a course on basic skills for initiating ceramic entrepreneurs

The tasks of WP2 are:
T2.1 Customization of the learning history model for the Ceramic SMEs
T2.2 Development of training handbooks

Work package 3 
Title: Development of the history learning Toolkit
Duration: 12 months Start: 9 End: 20
Description: The objectives of the WP3 are:
The main objective of WP 3 is to set-up the six pilot toolkits along with the required documentation and supporting material (administrative and user manuals).

The tasks of WP3 are:
T3.1 Development of the learning history Toolkit
T3.2 Pilot toolkits testing

Work package 4 
Title: Pilot implementation and evaluation
Duration: 6 months Start: 1 End: 6
Description: The objectives of the WP4 are:
The primary objective of the WP is to validate the CERVIVE toolkit to all participating countries as a training tool for the sustainability of Ceramic Companies.

The tasks of WP4 are:

Work package 5 
Title: Dissemination
Duration: 32 months Start: 5 End: 36
Description: The objectives of the WP5 are:
The objectives of WP5 are to disseminate project results among all the stakeholders in the participating regions. Early dissemination activities will attract ceramists to participate and to commit themselves in the project proceedings. Later dissemination will focus on the mainstreaming of the project results in order to mobilize further beneficiaries to achieve ceramic sector awareness.

Work package 6 
Title: Exploitation
Duration: 15 months Start: 22 End: 36
Description: The objectives of the WP6 are:
The objectives of WP6 are to evaluate the pilot implementation results to produce a business and a replication plan for the further exploitation of the project outcomes.

The tasks of WP6 are:

Work package 7 
Title: Project Management
Duration: 36 months Start: 1 End: 36
Description: The objectives of the WP7 are:
- To organize, plan and control the project, both from administrative and from technical point of view
- To ensure continuous monitoring and evaluation of progress according to objectives
- To establish peer-reviewing mechanism that will provide feedback to management (administrative – technical) about quality of deliverables and results of independent evaluation
- To develop a quality control process for both the outcomes and the deliverables of the project

The tasks of WP7 are:
T7.1 Project Co-ordination

Work package 8 
Title: Quality Assurance
Duration: 36 months Start:1 End: 36
Description: The objectives of the WP8 are:
- To ensure that the project reaches the highest standards of operation, outcomes and accountability, using all the stages of the CQAF (Common Quality Assurance Framework) model (planning; implementation; evaluation and assessment; review).
- To provide, at the end of the project, a critical evaluation of the project overall and, in particular, the extent to which it will have achieved its aims and objectives as defined at the outset.
- To ensure that the project has the benefit, throughout its life, of an ongoing critical evaluation and review of its operation and outcomes.
- To determine the extent to which the project is conforming to its work plan.
- To evaluate, and provide advice upon ways in which the project may have to adapt to unanticipated contextual factors in order to achieve its planned aims and objectives.
- To review and evaluate the effectiveness of the project’s relationship with stakeholders, users and sectoral bodies.
- To review and evaluate the contribution of individual partners to the project overall.
- To review and evaluate the effectives of the project’s procedures, activities and outcomes.
- The aim of the Quality Control Management plan is to approve, supervise and evaluate project process and partner performance in order to secure smooth progress and optimal results.

T8.1 Quality Control
T8.2 Risk Analysis & Change control
